Recommended Training
Software
training for the tools you use to run your
business, normally takes four 8-hour days
at a minimum. Even though QuikCheK is one
of the most user-friendly offerings available,
in order to get the most out of the system
as well as possibly avoid time-consuming
errors in the future, formalized training
is highly recommended.
Below
is a guideline for determining recommended
QuikCheK training times. Front desk employees
should receive at least one hour of training
with the main focus on Member Check-in and
POS. Managers and Accounting should receive
at least 8 hours of training with emphasis
on member entry and billing.
Hours
are based upon on-site training. Phone/internet-based
training is available but the recommended
hours should be doubled. Phone training
covers the most basic functions in order
to maintain the requisite time limit. You
will be expected to use this start to fully
train yourself with the tools available
- training manual, help files and tutorials.
